This week, along with shipping a tidal wave of Valentine’s Day chocolates to friends and lovers near and far, we had the great pleasure of hearing about everyone’s slow cooker dream dishes.
It seems that each person wants something a little different from their crock pot, and the wonderful thing about cooking with a slow cooker is that you really can do it all. We got replies ranging from jambalaya to pound cake, with a special focus on stews and Indian food. Our lucky winner of The Vegan Slow Cooker cookbook, Charj, wants to learn how to make seitan corned beef in a slow cooker. Congratulations, and happy cooking!
